fix: hightlighting in card.compnent.ts

Hello,

The side navigation Card, when we have different sizes of the content doesn't work correctly, so I made some adjustments in this component and looks better. I also have created a helper function in core-module and must be merged too, otherwise don't work this change see merge request in core-module
